After one more day of wishing you could just crawl under a rock and disappear -- not because you're ashamed of yourself, but more because you just don't feel like dealing with a certain person's nonsense any more -- you're ready to come out. Big time. You're so ready that you're totally unwilling to hide anything you're feeling -- anything at all. And Heaven help anyone who tries to stifle you.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
