It's time to sit still. Your life is lived too often on the go -- drive-through meals, cell phone conversations while you're driving, and surfing the web while you're watching TV are all great ways of multi-tasking -- but are they great ways of living a centered life? Make an effort to live in the moment today -- if you're talking on the phone, talk on the phone. Don't also be doing 55 on the highway. If you do too many things at once, you'll do all of them poorly.
You could get a break from your many obligations and have time to catch up on old projects. Try to be thoughtful and caring to a friend who might need a shoulder to lean on. You may be a little distant from your love partner while you're busy thinking about the practical side of life.
