This is natural, so don't feel guilty if suddenly you want to spend more time with a new person. Just be sure to honor all your current commitments -- rescheduling or canceling a date at the last minute sends the wrong message. You're not choosing one person over another, you're just exploring new ways of being.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
