So if you can, pull back on the work-related duties today. Postpone some projects, or delegate them to other folks. If you can free up some of your time, you will be able to get the alone time you need to re-energize. Then you can reappear on the social scene in full force.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
