You just have to keep doing what is right for you. You have a deep well of untapped potential, but there is no hurry to bring it up to the surface. Just take your time and appreciate the smaller things in life. Those mountains you want to climb aren't going anywhere anytime soon!
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
