To take your mind off of finances, focus on someone else's life. Single out a fun friend and ask them how their job or love life is going. Get them talking about themselves so you won't have to think so much about what is going on in your life. Give yourself a vacation from your worries for a day.
Today is not a good day for investments of any kind. You'll most likely find it hard to communicate and relate to others. However, it's a great time to stimulate your mind. Read a good book or take out your chess set. Staying low-key will leave little room for upsets.
