Staying home is the best option for today, but if you can't swing it, just give yourself some extra time to adjust. And if you need to travel, you can help ease any stress that may occur by bringing along a few things that remind you of home and will keep you comfortable (think: A favorite blanket or pillow).
You could get a break from your many obligations and have time to catch up on old projects. Try to be thoughtful and caring to a friend who might need a shoulder to lean on. You may be a little distant from your love partner while you're busy thinking about the practical side of life.
