Overview
Be careful not to move too quickly through your day, today -- you should not rush things. Eating on the go, talking on the phone while you're driving, or working on your computer while you're watching television might make you think that you're saving time, but in reality you are just adding stress (and in some cases danger) to your life. Today, you need to focus on doing just one thing at a time. It's not that you have to go slowly. It's just that you have to be mindful of the task at hand.
