Turn your thoughts to tomorrow, when all of this will be over and things will be so much better. You can't have a good day every day, but you can certainly choose to focus on positive things instead of negative ones. And if the only positive thing in your life right now is hope, then so be it.
You could get a break from your many obligations and have time to catch up on old projects. Try to be thoughtful and caring to a friend who might need a shoulder to lean on. You may be a little distant from your love partner while you're busy thinking about the practical side of life.
