Overview
When something is troubling you, it can be helpful to try to keep yourself so distracted that you don't have to deal with it, but this is at best a short term solution. For the long term, you eventually have to face up to whatever the issue is -- and frankly, the sooner you do it the better. So if you've been putting off dealing with something that's awful, have faith that you can make it great! Reality is never as awful as you fear it will be, especially when you are thinking positively.
