If you wake up on the 1st with that nagging, irritating feeling that you just might have forgotten something, but for the life of you, you can't remember what it is, ask yourself: When is the last time I got myself to the gym? If you can't remember, then that's surely part of the answer! Get up, pronto, and go get some exercise (even if it's just a jog around the block). While you're at it, whatever else slipped your mind will probably come back to you, too. Repeat this approach on the 2nd and 3rd. You'll be healthier and way more on top of things by the time you're done. You'll be feeling fantastic by the couldn't-be-better 4th and 5th. Things couldn't be better! Fantastic! If you're feeling a little blue on the 10th or 11th, schedule some serious 'you' time. A relationship really, really needs your attention on the 16th, 17th and 18th. Your sense of the aesthetic can't be beat, so treasure it (and do some implementation around the house) on the 24th and 25th. If you're feeling overwhelmed, again, on the 29th, 30th and 31st, you know what to do: Go running!
