Does a leader cease being a leader when no one is following him or her? That is a good question for you to ponder today, when the attitude of your group might seem almost mutinous. Instead of joining in on the grumbling and the mumbling about how no one knows what the heck is really going on, be more productive. Take over some of the leadership role and give people something to believe in. Just having a good attitude would be a good start.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
