Overview

Handing control over to someone else, today, might not be an easy thing for you to do, but it will be an awful lot easier than trying to hold onto that control. Right now, if you want to reduce the amount of stress in your life, you have to step away from the power position, at least for a while. Hand things over to someone you trust and have confidence in this person's ability to take care of things -- and look out for your interests. Give them a chance to shine while you give yourself a break.
