Especially today, when you have a great wave of positive energy all around you. If you step up and ask for something you need, you'll get good reactions. People want to help you, and they are waiting to hear what you need them to do. It's easy to sit back and say nothing, waiting for people to do things. But it doesn't guarantee you'll get what you want.
