Today your focus (and the focus of everyone around you) should be on putting your ideas to work. So if you're in a collaborative environment, use all of your clout to get everyone going and on task. Too many outside voices are holding up your progress right now. Getting a consensus is important, but it isn't always necessary. If you need to push to get things moving, just do it -- no one will be annoyed. In fact, they'll be grateful for your leadership.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
