The only catch is that you can't really tell them -- you have to show them. Carry on with your daily tasks as you normally would, but keep in mind that you are being observed, and possibly judged. If you are challenged, don't back down from what you believe. Show the world that you can walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
