Start a candid conversation with a new foreign person in your life and learn about their life -- at least inasmuch as it feels comfortable to do so. A short and sweet talk is all it takes to connect with someone who comes from a totally different background than yours. And while they are inspiring you, you will be inspiring them.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
