Let them push things along while you take a break. Give them motivational and emotional support. That's the value of teamwork, isn't it? You've taken up the slack when other people haven't felt quite up to the task, and now it is their turn to pick up the slack for you. They won't mind.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
