If you can free up some of your time, you will be able to get the alone time you need. Plus, you will be able to reappear on the social scene in full force.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
