Sometimes your intense emotions can leave you feeling confused. When that happens, the best cure is to let them out. You should seek out a comforting shoulder to lean on, and a patient ear into which you can pour all the stuff you're thinking about -- even if those body parts are your own! If you don't feel comfortable sharing your feelings right now, write them down in a letter to yourself. Then seal the letter in an envelope, and open it one year from today.
