Overview
Innovation is something that only you are attracted to right now -- everyone around you is behaving with extra caution, and while you want to find out how to make things better, they are much more concerned with not rocking the boat. You have a choice. You can go along with their mild-mannered ways, but you will probably get frustrated that things aren't moving quickly enough. Or you could take on the extra work yourself and realize that they are all still going to get some of the credit.
