Overview
If you haven't managed to schedule some 'away' time for yourself, make sure you do it today. Call that spa, pick out the book you'll read, or decide on a destination. Even if you can't actually take any time away for a few more months, committing to doing something solely for yourself will give you a temporary lift that will carry you throughout the day. This period of introspection is something you need to take advantage of -- so listen to your emotions.
