Overview
If you have any spare time today (and the stars say you should), fill it with activities that will make your environment a better place to be. Tidy up around the house, clean out your cubicle, or give your car a good washing. There's never enough time to do everything, of course -- but even if you can just take care of one or two things, you'll feel much better about yourself. It's empowering to remind yourself that you are in control of your life, even if only by controlling your surroundings.
