Just try to be aware of them, and have faith that they will sort themselves out soon enough. Then get back to being your fabulous, relaxed self.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
