No one is saying that you should skip out on obligations and go dancing, but would it really harm anything if you begged off that boring meeting that you don't really need to go to anyway? Put your own enjoyment ahead of anything else today. You deserve to goof off, for a while.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
