On the 3rd, 4th and 5th, you'll already be enjoying the intellectual stimulation this change is bringing you. Hard work does pay off -- if you were starting to doubt that, you won't anymore on the 10th. New projects are far more complex than they appear, so be careful on the 15th before you sign up for too much too fast. Communicating precisely is going to be really, really important for you on the 20th and 21st. If you are unclear in your communications, you could end up generating a lot of confusion (which is not in your interests). The 26th and 27th are very successful days.
