removing pests from your houseRemoving pests from your home can be a chore. However, hiring a professional to get rid of them, can prove to be expensive. So get them out, before they've had chance to cause some real damage, and remember that rodents can cause a lot of damage.
Minimize the chance of pests settling by eradicating the clutter from your home. Mice and bugs love hiding in warm places, so don't give them the chance to hide. Also, swap card boxes for plastic ones, because pests can't chew so easily through plastic. Change bedding and cushion covers regularly.

Catching mice is easier said than done, and is generally a case of laying a trap and hoping for the best. If you do choose this method, avoid putting down cheese, because despite what the media might tell us, mice actually have a sweet tooth, and prefer chocolate.
3. De-Flea Regularly
Most of us know to de-flea our pets regularly, but do you de-flea your furniture and your carpets too? Keeping areas clean and tidy can help to eradicate them, but carpets and sofas etc can be a bit more tricky, so consider spraying them with specialist furniture sprays periodically.
4. Vacuum it Up
Anyone with a fear of spiders should be friends with their vacuum cleaner to suck them up, but your hoover can also be used to get rid of moths and a variety of bugs, including mites from your mattress. However, remember to empty your bag, otherwise they might crawl right back out again.
