    There's something about the famous Rose Garden tucked in the city of Portland, Oregon that's got me infatuated with roses. The tight buds, the prideful blossoms, and even the curled-edged and browning roses barely hanging on to their petals each wore their own kind of beauty. And the smell! Citrus, vanilla, and old-lady perfume seeped into the air. And that's when it struck me: Why not bring these beautiful flowers into my home? I could extract inspiration from different roses to change the linens in my bedroom or bring on a new, bold fabric for my couch, or wallpaper my whole house!
