No matter how much I love the white meat of a chicken breast, when it comes to grilling season, chicken thighs nudge the white meat out of the running for favorite food ever. Growing up, my mom's go-to chicken thigh marinade was a mixture of soy sauce and 7-Up. Though my mom's recipe still remains a favorite family memory, here are 7 incredible, new ways to grill up chicken thighs this summer that might just take top honors for my favorite summer grill recipes!
