Pulling inspiration from a black and white photo of Lena Horne taken in the 1960's, key makeup artist for MAC, Kabuki, created a super feminine and exaggerated cateye "echoing the play between structure and softness in the collection."
#1: Remove any dark circles and uneven skin with a foundation and concealer.
#2: Fill the entire area between the eyebrow and lash line with a soft grey cream shadow and set with invisible powder.
#3: Use a taupe pencil along the lower lash line and outer edges of your eye to add extra definition.
#4: Apply a coat of black mascara to both upper and lower lashes.
#5: Add false lashes to achieve the dramatic look like the girls on Zac Posen's runway. Apply a doubled-up section at the outer wing for extra glamour and then a second coat of mascara at the root of the lash to seamlessly integrate the faux lashes with your real ones.
