    The Kansas City Royals mascot, Sluggerrr, has a crown that appears go be growing directly out of his scalp. That alone is enough to freak -- and gross -- kids out. Also? He's been accused of being dangerous. In 2010, Sluggerrr was sued for allegedly hitting a fan in the eye with a hot dog. less

    With baseball season in full swing, the boys of summer are back on the field. With every team comes a crazy mascot. Most of those over-sized characters (usually) charm spectators with their silly -- and sometimes brazen -- antics.
