NRI-None resident Indians are welcome to the Government of India after so many years, Why now?

It is very heartning that the Government of India has welcome the None Resident Indians of through out the world to share their thoughts and help the people of india by their experience and technology attained from the oither countries..
But it seems that their thoughts and doubts from their minds should not detter them to come forward to help the Indians.
Yes theie has been some scams and scandals which are still under investigations, but thatr does not mean that every thing has gone out of hands. So please don't hesitate to come forward and help the pooir and needy work foirce and the farmers of india.
We believe it doesnot matter if our novo rich businesas men or politicians have no time to spend on the development of the people's standard oif living ,health and the education etc as those persons are busyt amongst themselvesa or theiur businee and their Global,ization too.
So please do give the country and its people your due attention for financial technological andhealth and educatrion to the poor oif our couyntry.
Let it be your all help in all the diretions and with your own effiorts directly with no possible help from the Indian Government which is very busy to clear the 0scams and financial bunglings by some of the officers still accountable.
