Why is the Original System Decentralized?

You can easily tell that Big Oil, Big Centralized Government, and Big Industry have great power and wealth and eat something like steak and lobster every meal, while the helpless little guy at the bottom eats garbage for breakfast and has little energy to do a day's work. The primary reason the the Original System is decentralized is to give everyone an even break. If you cannot respect the little guy, can you enjoy your meal? You'll find that incentive in this world actually comes from the little guy at the bottom, if he can find the Spirit to live. Those on top have to live with their guilt, and their excuses for failure to share. How about finding a little Good Faith.
