Apple, Gorgonzola and Red Onion Pizza

8 ounces of pizza dough
Garlic-infused olive oil
1 cup of crumbed gorgonzola
1 cup of thinly sliced red onion
1 cup of thinly sliced green apple
1. Heat the grill to medium and brush the grate with olive oil.
2. Place the shaped dough on the grate and close the grill.
3. Cook the dough until golden brown on one side (around 5-10 minutes), brush the crust with olive oil and flip.
4. Brush the cooked side of the crust with more olive oil and top with the gorgonzola, red onion and apple.
5. Close the lid and cook until the cheese melts and the crust is cooked through, around another 5 minutes.

1. Heat the grill to medium and brush the grate with olive oil.
2. Place the shaped dough on the grate and close the grill.
3. Cook the dough until golden brown on one side (around 5-10 minutes), brush the crust with olive oil and flip.
4. Spread with garlic-infused mayonnaise, top with shredded cheese, ground beef, onions, and tomatoes.
5. Cover the grill and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the crust is cooked through and the cheese has melted.
