1. Start with steam.
This will open up your pores so you get all the gunk out and let the good stuff in. You can steam your skin by taking a hot shower, carefully leaning your face over a pot of boiling water or applying a warm washcloth to your skin. Be very careful in any of these situations not to scald your skin or burn yourself! You just want to water warm enough to open everything up.

Milk cleansers tend to be gentler to your skin. Using face washes with harsh chemicals can sometimes dry your skin out too much leaving you with icky, dull flakes in some areas and oil slicks in others because skin reacts to the dryness by producing extra oil causing even more breakouts. Milky cleansers are hydrating and gentle but also efficient at removing dirt and oil.
3. Give it more oxygen!
Use an oxygen mask once a week to add suppleness and reduce redness . Just like oxygen is essential for your body to perform all its proper functions, O 2 is necessary for your skin too!

A good moisturizer is essential and key to keeping your skin balanced. Find one that you like and apply it in the morning before you makeup and at night before you go to bed. And of course, drinking lots of water will flush your body of any toxins making your skin appear more radiant.
5. Finally, don't forget to "energize" you skin.
With the same routine, day-in and day-out, it's easy for your skin to get lazy and slow with cell turnover. Keep a bottle of club soda under your sink and splash your face with it after you wash. The bubbles will rejuvenate your skin and close up your pores after the cleansing process. You should also massage your skin frequently to increase circulation and improve elasticity.
