Let me start by saying that I'm nail polish-challenged. I have a hard enough time painting a solid coat with my left hand, let alone making fancy designs. Yet after looking through these nail tutorials, I think I might actually be able to jump on the nail art bandwagon - thanks to these helpful, clever tips. 1. Graffiti Nail Art
