    Habit: Not getting enough antioxidants
    If you aren't chowing down on at least five servings of fresh fruits and veggies a day, you're probably low on antioxidants. That means "you're not getting that necessary protection from free radicals, which speed the breakdown of collagen in our skin cells to cause wrinkles and sagging," says Nicola Bannon, head beauty therapist at NYR Organic Beauty Spa in London.
