Drink Lots of Agua

"I'm not a big water person, but I force myself to keep drinking it on the plane. For every hour I'm in the air, I drink eight to 10 ounces to keep my skin from drying out."

Use Sunscreen
"In the past nine days I've been on 12 planes, so I try to moisturize my skin as much as I can to keep it from dehydrating. I use an oil-free sunscreen with an SPF of 45, since it gives me the hydration and protection I need without breaking me out. I especially love wearing it because it keeps those tiny freckles from showing up, which can make you look older than you are."

Exfoliate Regularly
"I've been using DDF skin care for eight years now, I was turned onto it in the makeup room of E!, but I was really excited when they came out with their hand-held exfoliating device (DDF Revolve Micro-Polishing System). I use to get microdermabrasion facials, which cost about $250 each, but now I use this instead. I love taking it with me when I travel because it makes my skin look instantly polished; otherwise, I use it in the shower once or twice a week."

Go for the Bronze(r)
"I use this bronzer-from my makeup artist's line-as blush, it's called Catalina Su Bronzer Blush Contour. It instantly makes your skin look healthier after you apply it. I always put it on before I get off the plane; Bill doesn't understand why, but I tell him it's because you never know who you're going to see."

Carry Lip Gloss at All Times
"I always have lip gloss with me; my favorite shade to wear is a golden-pink one. I like the color it adds to my face when I'm not wearing any makeup. "

Always Tote a Hair Tie
"I always keep elastic bands with me so I can pull my hair in a pony tail, high top-knot, or side-braid at a moment's notice. With my job, I never know when they're going to need me on air, so I need to be prepared."

Lash Up
"These Ardell Wispies are a staple in my suitcase-they're the best. I don't wear them while I'm traveling, but I make sure to put them on before I go on air or make an appearance somewhere. My trick is to buy the black lash glue, apply it onto the lash strip, and then let it dry for literally a minute. That way the glue is tacky and you can mold it to your eye however you want without it smearing all over the place."
