Gold: La Roche-Posay Anthelios 50 Mineral Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid , $32.95. From the company that gave us the first "shaka shaka" technology, this sunscreen has emulsifiers which, when shaken, help combine all the ingredients, so that they penetrate the skin faster and leave no residue behind. "I'm a firm believer that physical/mineral sunscreens are best because they don't produce free radicals like chemical sunscreens, and this one is the original," says Dawn Davis, New York City Editor.

Silver: Caudalie Divine Oil , $48. Senior Editor Sarah Carrillo, says, "It smells absolutely amazing (the scent is inspired by the South of France), moisturizes without feeling greasy, and gives my skin a nice glow that's perfect for summer."

Bronze: Laboratoires Dermatologiques d'Uriage Roseliane Cream.* Special Projects Editor Audrey Fine says, "This French cream totally helps calm and soothe rosacea and red skin. It's a miracle worker."

Every time the Olympics roll around, I get just as excited as the next person -- at first.

I program my DVR and read all the gossip articles on how much sex the Olympians will be having (150,000 condoms worth this year!). But after the first few days of ogling the speedo-clad men and envying the beach volleyball players' bodies, I lose interest.

It's not that I don't care about Team USA. It's just that umpteen hours of sports on TV for a couple weeks turns my attention span into that of a gnat.

Which is why this year, I decided to host my own (much smaller) summer games here at the office. No, I didn't challenge my beauty editor co-workers to javelin throws and sprints around our office building (though how funny is that image?). Instead, I asked my fellow beauty mavens to judge beauty products from around the world and choose their favorites.
