"Her nails are filed to be really narrow, which makes the pointy tip look even cooler," says manicurist Kimmie Kyees of Sally Hansen, adding "she wanted something classic and beautiful-it's different than what she normally does, but it is the Oscars." Kyees created the peachy nude by layering Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Almost Almond over Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color in Quick Sand. "It looks more like foundation than a nude polish," said Keyes. "I love peachy nudes for fair skin and orange-y nudes for darker complexions."

"I never know what a client will want to wear on their nails before the Oscars, so I always bring with me my entire kit-over 200 colors," says manicurist Jenna Hipp who painted Amy Adams's neutral, highlighted manicure.
