    "CHANEL has selected world renowned actor Brad Pitt to be the face of the upcoming advertising campaign for CHANEL N°5," the brand tweeted on Wednesday morning. Pitt's campaign, which will debut later this year, banked the actor a rumored seven figures. Not bad for holding a bottle of perfume.

Pitt has been selected to be the new face of the famed women's perfume. Chanel made the official announcement via Twitter Wednesday morning, adding Pitt to its roster of famous spokespeople.
