What Every Modern Woman Needs: Vagina Strengthening Panties

If she weren't a fictional character hatched by the saucy brain of Candace Bushnell, I'd swear that Samantha Jones had a hand in creating this new line of undies. Who better than Sex and the City's sex-obsessed publicist to fashion a panty line whose express purpose is to get women to do their Kegel exercises?

Kegels, for the uninitiated, are a pelvic floor exercise performed by repeatedly contracting and relaxing the pubococcygenus muscles -- typically identified by women as the muscles you use to control the flow of urine. The one-inch long, flexible extension is meant to be inserted into your body so that you remember to squeeze your Kegels throughout the day. And, while having a silicone extension in your hoo-hah no doubt serves as a better reminder than, say, tying a string around your finger, how often are you supposed to be exercising your lady parts, anyway?

Garrett says that she aims for 90 "stress releasing" repetitions each day while the Mayo Clinic recommends three daily sets of 10. Now, once you've gotten over the fact that the Mayo Clinic has guidelines for such things, tell us: Would you wear these panties?
