For celebrities, looking good is a full-time job-from diets to workouts to the right makeup and hairstyles, everything counts-in large amounts. Let's talk legs-how do celebs get their legs looking so good? Turns out, their wardrobe stylists know all the tricks.
WWD talked to a bunch of celebrity stylists and asked them for their top leg-flattering styling tricks. Here's what they said:

Phillip Bloch-whose clients include Sandra Bullock, Halle Berry, Salma Hayek-is all about slits. "I love slits," he told WWD. "It's a great way to show off legs and you don't have to have great legs to look sexy."
Soyon An-who's a costume designer on American Idol-says she has a surprising key trick to giving good leg: "One of the things I love to do to elongate the look of the leg is to use a tone-on-tone look like nude tights paired with nude-tone shoes." Nude tights! I think that's the first time I've ever heard someone not-in-the-'80s recommend nude tights!

Cristina Ehrlich-who's styled Amy Adams and Penelope Cruz-swears by black opaque tights and says: "High heels are key. The elongating effect of a heel impacts the length and proportion of the entire body."
and Randall Christensen-the costume designer for Dancing With The Stars-says to avoid anklets at all costs. "It's all about elongating those legs, so don't break the line by having a clunky ankle bracelet."

What are some of your secret tricks to making your legs look awesome? Personally, I'm a fan of a good exfoliating scrub, a smidge of fake tan, and a luminous moisturizer. Oh, yeah, and no ankle straps (I have big calves.).
