How to Look like a Victoria's Secret Model

Last night was not a good night. Well, not for me and my body issues anyway.

That's because last night CBS ditched its geriatric fans to accommodate hot-blooded men of all ages. Yes, it was the much-anticipated night where perfect Brazilian bombshells take to the stage decked out in little more than wings and million dollar bras.

And, while I joke (kinda) about hating those Angels because they're so flipping hot, I'm here to let you in on a little secret. I've been made privy to a whole slew of their sexiest beauty secrets. I'm not talking body tips here. I know my limitations. But I do have an inside track on how the girls -- including Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, and Lily Aldridge -- get their hair and makeup so damn sexy.

My stubby little legs and WonderBra'd boobs and I were backstage during the taping of the show to uncover exactly how the models got their heads runway ready. Like the production itself, getting even these girls gorgeous was no small feat -- it was a monumental effort -- one that took 21 makeup artists, 19 hairstylists, 7 body-bronzing artists, and 4 manicurists to pull off.

I share these secrets of Victoria's because I care. And because I can. And also so you can try them at home as a way to help rouse your guy from the lingerie-induced haze he'll swear he's not in.

MAKEUP: Face & Cheek

1. Prep skin with VS Pro Airbrush FX Face Primer SPF 20.
2. Using a foundation brush, buff VS Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 in your shade into skin to create a flawless second-skin effect.
3. Cover any skin imperfections with VS Pro Camouflage FX Concealer Palette.
4. Apply VS Baked Mineral Bronzing Powder in Glitterati over the face, concentrating on the top of the forehead, the temples, the cheekbones, and the jawline.
5. Swirl VS Luminous Mineral Blush Duo in Starlet onto apples of cheeks, pulling the color slight up towards the temples.
6. For the iconic angelic glow, dust VS Brilliant Shimmer Shadow in Gold Dust onto temples and the tops of cheekbones. Celebrity makeup artist Lauren Cosenza says, "The bronzer, blush, and gold highlighter should blend seamlessly together."

MAKEUP: Eyes

1. Apply VS Pro Lasting FX Eyeshadow Primer on lids as a base.
2. Swipe VS Pro Light FX HD Eye Brightening Pen to cover under-eye circles, darkness or puffiness.
3. Apply VS Brilliant Shimmer Shadow in Gold Dust onto the browbones and the inner corners of your eyes.
4. Run VS Precision Liquid Liner in Blackest Black along upper lashline, starting at the inner corner and extending slightly beyond the outer corner for a slight upward wing. Cosenza says, "The overall beauty look for 2011 was very natural so the liquid liner shouldn't be overly dramatic or too thick."
5. Finish eyes with coats of VS Triple Drama Mascara in Blackest Black on both top and bottom lashes.

MAKEUP: Lips

1. Apply VS Pro Smooth FX Lip Scrub & Balm to exfoliate lips for a smooth start.
2. Apply VS Perfect Lipstick in Whisper, which is a pink champagne nude that's a VS favorite.
3. Top the lips with a coat of VS Lip Gloss in Sublime, a sheer coral color. "Concentrate the color on the center of the mouth for added fullness," says Cosenza.

HAIR

"This year's signature hair look was beautiful and full 'tousled glamour,'" says Cosenza.
1. Curl hair with a curling iron outwards, away from your face.
2. Amp up the volume with So Sexy Style Clean & Go Dry Shampoo spray.
3. Finish with a spritz of So Sexy Style Brilliant & Glossy Shine Mist.
