Maxipad Company Releases Sarcastic Response Video, Women Everywhere Applaud

Most of the time the Internet is a virtual playground filled with bullies and pranksters. It's a sort of Wild West where anything goes and where commenters live to one-up each other with mean rants and snarky remarks.

Take, for example, one Richard Neill, who penned a witty Facebook post to Maxipad Company, Bodyform. His gripe? That the U.K. outlet's advertising led him to believe that women's menstrual cycles somehow involved rollerblading, mountain biking, cheerful moods, and a mysterious blue liquid.

In response, the company has turned the tables on Neill by issuing a perfectly ironic apology video, which explains away their ads by saying that men just couldn't handle the real, scatological truth of what happens during menstruation. A few highlights? Bodyform faux CEO (played by an actress) jokes that the happy ads are for men's own protection and then proceeds to drink a glass of the blue liquid.

The video is hilarious and may just make you think twice before posting any snarky comments.
