A Review of ProActiv Concealer Plus and Makeup Cleansing Wipes
I don't know what happened but when I turn 30, my skin started rebelling for real! I find myself breaking out in specific spots all the time despite the fact that I'm very diligent in removing my makeup every night and washing my face every morning. I'm slightly OCD when it comes to removing my makeup every night or even if I'm thinking of taking a nap (and know I'm not going anywhere later!). That's why I always make sure I have a cleanser or wipes on hand. When the people at ProActiv reached out to me about testing out their Concealer Plus and Makeup Cleansing Wipes, they couldn't have better timing!
Concealer Plus
The right side of my jawline and forehead are notorious for breaking out and leaving great little black marks behind. I was using my regular concealer to cover it up but I would rather them go away all together. The Concealer Plus from Proactiv is meant to do both with power sulfur ingredients to treat those spots you want gone while concealing them at the same time. It has an easy applicator wand and the product blends in easily before the foundation goes on. I felt a slight tingly sensation when I first started using it but nothing crazy. It was just letting me know it was working! After using it for two weeks I can tell a difference in the appearance of those marks and I love the fact that it treats and conceals!
*After writing up this review I was told that this Concealer would be discontinued. :( So if you want to try this out you have to act fast!
I'll be honest with you, I've been using unscented baby wipes to take my makeup off because I found myself going through too many makeup wipes in. You all know that they are a bit too pricey to be buying too often! The one thing I really loved about these cleansing wipes is the fact that one sheet gets all of my makeup off, including eye makeup, mascara, all that! They are pre-moistened with a soap-free cleanser and it was so cool how efficient these little wipes are! My skin also feels nice and moisturized afterwards. I've been using these wipes every day since I received them and it makes my nighttime skin routine so much easier.
