Shine Beauty Guru Review: Daily Moisture Lotion from Lubriderm

Winter can bring its own set of troubles, with cold temps sending our skin into crisis mode. Even though it isn't very winter like down here, having smooth and moisturized skin is very important because we're showing it one way or another all year round. I'm always looking for a skin care product that not only moisturizes, but keeps that moisture all day long whether it's a great body wash or lotion. So our beauty guru assignment this month was on point, reviewing the Daily Moisture Shea and Calming Lavender Jasmine Lotion from Lubriderm. It has great skin ingredients such as Shea Butter and Vitamin B5 to help keep skin moisturized for up to 24 hours. The lavender and jasmine fragrance is there to help you relax.

The lotion smells great! I like the fact that it leaves my skin smelling nice but not so overpowering that I can't wear one of my favorite perfumes afterwards. It also passed the husband test - I noticed he went for the Lubriderm first instead of the normal one we use. Once I put it on, it absorbed quickly into my dry skin and didn't leave it feeling icky and greasy afterwards. At the end of my long work day my skin is still soft and moisturized which is another big plus for me.The bottle was very easy to use and didn't send lotion flying everywhere, even on my busiest of mornings when I'm rushing out the door!

All in all, this lotion is great! It does what it says - keeping skin soft and moisturized!
