Joke if you will about the new perfume Snooki by Nicole Polizzi, but the diminutive Jersey Shore star has already had the last laugh: at the end of her Funny or Die parody of Calvin Klein's 1980s Obsession commercials, she deadpans: "It's a real product." Haters and fans alike may scratch their heads over Snooki's burgeoning commercial empire-this eponymous cupcake-and-kiwi fragrance, a novel, a line of slippers, sunglasses, etc.-but she has a personality and she's not afraid to use it. (And for that, we're unabashed fans.)

Do you wear a lot of fragrances? "I have a whole shelf of, like, 20 perfumes: Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, that's a favorite. Britney Spears-I have all of hers. My first was probably Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce-I wore the guy's one."
Do you like cologne on guys? "Oh, yeah. If guys don't have a scent, it's just weird. I like... what's that bottle? It's shaped like a guy."

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male? "I love that smell."
What are some of your favorite everyday smells? "I like fruity stuff. Cotton candy. I like sweet and I feel like people love sweet."
So do you not like musky fragrances? "What's musky?"
Like spicy Orientals or something woodsy. Is that not feminine enough to you? "Woodsy? I don't like anything strong that smells like old ladies. That's why I'm going for the sweet because old ladies don't smell sweet."
How do you put on perfume? "For day, I do [mimes spraying wrist, neck, and chest]. For the club, I do [mimes the same, then lifts leg and mimes spraying crotch]."
What are your must-have beauty products? "Hair spray; I love the smell of Aussie. Sometimes if I don't have perfume, I spray that on. And eyelashes. I do one strip for day and two or three at night. I even sleep in them sometimes, so I feel pretty when I sleep."
Do you put those on yourself? "I did it in the car coming here. Even with these nails I can still do it. I was like, 'Dad, hold this mirror.' I'm talented."

Do you still do the tanning beds? "I go like once a month. I don't tan as much as people think I do."
You work out two hours a day. Do you ever get bored? "No. House music. And Jerry Springer."
What house artists are your workout mix? "Deadmaus is always my favorite. Cascade. And I like the progressive house stuff."
Do you wear makeup to the gym? "Yeah. You never know who you'll see. I keep my eyelashes on, put a little bronzer on, and eyeliner. I remember when I was single, I was like 'Oh, I'm not gonna put makeup on.' Then I would see the hottest guys. I'd be like 'No, I'm really pretty! Hold on!'"
