As my schedule gets crazier and crazier I find my beauty routine getting a lot simpler these days. When I first started blogging I was wearing a different combo of eyeshadow everyday and now...well...it's more reserved for special occasions. Instead, I've been going for a simple liner, mascara, and a neutral cream shadow. So when Neutrogena reached out and asked me to review their eyeliner, mascara, and lip balm, it couldn't be more timely! The holidays were crazy and the first week of the year was crazier so I hoped these products could help me look put together (even while struggling to get it together!)

Nourishing eyeliner in Cosmic Black (7.49): Olive oil and Rainforest Shea Butter give this eye product it's nourishing qualities while a built in sharpener and smudger allows you to get a precise line for a day look and a great smudge for a smokey eye. This line was really easy to use, gliding on smooth and giving you great color without having to reapply. It helps my eyes appear brighter and bigger even when I'm not wearing any kind of eyeshadow. I also love the fact that the eyeliner stays put all day without any fading.

Healthy Volume Mascara in Carbon Black ($7.49): This product aims to build your lashes from the inside out, with Olive to penetrate each lash and give it volume while Sweet Almond helps keep them protected on the outside. Like the liner, it gave my lashes great color and made my eyes look bright. As for volume, it didn't give me as much as this mascara does however I don't need that mega length for everyday. I was very pleased with this mascara and it has easily replaced my daytime one.

Revitalizing Lip Balm in Sheer Shimmer ($7.19): This cold snap has been especially unkind to my lips this past week so my lips needed some extra TLC and this balm was perfect for that! They left my pout feeling really soft and I even noticed an improvement in their condition even when I didn't have it on. It has SPF 20 which is a big plus and comes in six fun shades. This shade is a great nude color that would look great on lighter skin. As for me, I couldn't pile it on like I wanted to because it was too light for me, so instead I add color to it using one of my favorite lip glosses or lip stick. I think the Sunny Berry would be a great color for me to wear alone.

I was very impressed with these products and they have already made a place in my makeup rotation!
