Try out one of these trends this week to change up your look for 2014! Also, learn about which trends to ditch in the new year.
Mally Roncal, of Mally Beauty, says that beauty trends change as often as fashion trends and that it's important to change up your look daily. It's about looking and feeling your best!

Mally says a lip liner is a great way to keep your lips intact all night long.
Eyebrows are another trend to change up this year. Skinny brows are out for 2014, Mally says. Mally says it makes your face look wider if you have skin...Read More »

It's totally realistic for everyone to become debt-free in 2014, says Lynette Khalfani-Cox, The Money Coach. The number one thing to avoid debt and to get out of debt quickly is to not spend more than you earn. The math is never going to work in your favor - if you spend more than you earn, you will always be in debt. Prioritize and think about what is more important to you. The 20% rule is when you think about what you're actually spending, a monthly bills total, add 20% to it because people generally under-budget themselves.
If you're trying to be debt-free in 2014, the one thing you shoul...Read More »

When it comes to fitness, setting small, attainable goals is key. It can be tempting to set the bar really high right away, but to stay motivated, you also need to create small benchmarks you can achieve along the way.
If your goal is to run a marathon, build up to 26 miles gradually. Working with a trainer or more experienced runner, challenge yourself a little more each week, but don't push yourself too hard too fast; you could injure yourself or just burn out.

Fitness should be fun and challenging, but never painful or boring. Pace yourself, try something new like...Read More »
